1.0) Download the myvideotalkstudio encoder to your computer, found in your myvideotalkstudio

2.0) Launch your myvideotalkstudio encoder

3.0) Log In 

4.0) Type your User Name or MVT ID #, password and PIN

5.0) Upload the recorded video file or DVD using the myvideotalkstudio encoder for conversion

6.0) After conversion is completed

7.0) Open MyVideoDesigner
8.0) In the bottom click add button to add category enter any category name and click ok.
9.0) In MyVideoTalk Studio go to Files Ready To use and check mark the file you want to send from 

10.) Actions select assign file(second icon)
11.) Check mark Application My Video Designer
12.) Click apply changes
13.) The file gets added to My Video Designer. Launch MyVideoDesigner and send the file as Video email.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR VIDEO WEBSITE 

First log in to your Myvideotalkstudio:

Step 1: Edit your Template

Edit your template, change the colors of the text and background that suits you or your company.

Step 2: Add Your Company Logo (Banner) and Name

Upload your Logo image and specify your Company (website) name that will appear in the selected layout.

Step 3: Customize WebSite Texts

You can edit the texts that will appear for your "Homepage", "Contact us" or "About" pages. You can also add items for the "News" section of your website.

Note: Don't forget to save your settings once you made the changes.

Step 4: Upload&Convert Your Movies

Upload your movies using the MyVideoEncoder desktop client. If not yet downloaded the VideoEncoder please do so,  (download from My Files » MyVideoEncoder Uploader Client)

After uploading your files will be put in a flv conversion queue (My Files » Files In Conversion Queue).

You can publish the file after the conversion (when it will be listed in My Files » Files Ready To Use)

Alternatively, you can upload small movies (under 100 MB) using the web version: My Files » Upload Movies

Step 5: Publish Your Movies or Videos

Find your converted movies in the My Files » Files Ready To Use page (you will receive also an email when conversion is done).

First be sure you click on "Make this file available for Portal publishing" icon. This will make it in fact visible in your website.

You can also publish movies from the My Files » Files In Use page.

You can check your video in the portal now! Enjoy it....
